This policy explains how Commodity Plus uses cookies and similar technologies on its websites and applications.

What cookies we set

Strictly necessary

Required for the platform to function — session cookies that keep you signed in, security tokens that prevent cross-site request forgery, and small preference cookies (e.g. the active supplier switcher). These cannot be disabled while you use the platform.

Preference

Records your locale and console preferences so the platform renders consistently across visits. You can clear these from your browser at any time.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It sets no cookies at all and stores nothing on your device — visitors are counted using a hash derived from the request, which is discarded after 24 hours. We run no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Some pages load assets from third parties, which lets them see your IP address even though we set no cookie for them: map tiles from OpenStreetMap and map assets from unpkg on pages showing farm plots, and YouTube where an Academy lesson embeds a video. YouTube may set its own cookies when a video loads. See the privacy policy for the full list of processors.

Managing cookies

You can clear cookies through your browser settings. Clearing the session cookie will sign you out of the platform.
