For exporters, cooperatives, and aggregators

Keep selling into the EU and US as the rules tighten.

EUDR Due Diligence Statements per consignment, polygon-grade farm-plot geolocation, an evidence vault for certificates and lab results, and a regime catalog covering 32+ active and horizon laws across four tiers. The same engine that runs your assessments produces what your buyer downloads — no parallel reporting, no off-platform paperwork.

What the platform produces

Three artifacts. One audit trail.

EUDR Due Diligence Statement

A JSON artifact produced per consignment, anchored to the farm plots the order draws from. Generated by the same engine that runs your applicability and evidence checks — not assembled outside the platform.

Farm-plot polygon registry

MULTIPOLYGON boundaries required for plots above the EU four-hectare threshold; point centroids accepted below it. Polygons are indexed against post-2020 deforestation data via the JRC EU forest map at sub-hectare precision.

Evidence vault

Certificates, attestations, supplier declarations, and lab results — each carrying kind, expiry, and a signed download URL. Every item referenced in a DDS resolves back to the file that backs it.

Regime coverage

Four tiers. One catalog.

Regimes are added by extending the catalog, not the schema. New regulations and voluntary schemes land as catalog rows, then surface to the suppliers whose commodities and destinations they apply to.

Tier 1 — Mineral mandates and origin obligations
EUDR · OECD Due Diligence Guidance · Dodd-Frank §1502 · EU CRMA · IRA critical-mineral provisions · LBMA Gold · LBMA Silver · LBMA PGM · DMCC DGD · Kimberley Process.
Tier 2 — Voluntary schemes and certifications
Rainforest Alliance · Fairtrade · EU Organic · USDA NOP · JAS Organic · GLOBALG.A.P. · Fairmined · Q Coffee · Starbucks C.A.F.E. Practices · Smithsonian Bird Friendly · Cocoa Life · Cocoa Horizons.
Tier 3 — Human-rights and supply-chain due diligence
CSDDD (EU, effective 2027) · EU Forced Labour Regulation (effective 2027) · CSRD · LkSG (Germany) · Norway Transparency Act · France Devoir de Vigilance · UK Modern Slavery Act · UK Schedule 17 (deforestation, pending commencement).
Tier 4 — Trade documentation
AfCFTA Certificate of Origin · EAC Certificate of Origin · EU GSP-EBA · AGOA · Phyto ISPM-15. Held in catalog as the documentation rail every consignment runs against, regardless of regime.

How it works for exporters

From declaration to DDS.

  1. 01

    Register and declare commodities

List the commodities and forms you sell, the origin country, and the destination markets you serve. The catalog filters down to the regimes that actually apply.

  2. 02

    Receive an applicability checklist

Each applicable regime resolves to a per-requirement checklist drawn from the catalog: required evidence kinds, mandatory items, and expiry windows.

  3. 03

    Upload supporting evidence

Certificates, attestations, supplier declarations, and lab results. Each item carries kind, expiry date, and a signed storage path. The vault is the source of truth referenced by every assessment.

  4. 04

    Draw farm-plot polygons (EUDR)

For consignments subject to EUDR, draw the plot boundaries the order draws from. Plots above four hectares require a MULTIPOLYGON; the deforestation overlay runs against the JRC EU forest map at sub-hectare precision.

  5. 05

    Generate the Due Diligence Statement

Run the assessment, resolve the per-requirement results to a rolled-up status, and produce the DDS JSON payload per consignment. The same payload your buyer downloads on the other side.

Horizon regimes

Prepare ahead of the deadline, not at it.

Horizon regimes are live in the catalog from the day they are published. Exporters can document and dry-run assessments before the regime turns enforceable — rather than scramble in the months after.

Effective 2027

EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive

CSDDD obligates large EU buyers to identify and mitigate human-rights and environmental harms across their supply chains. Suppliers that can evidence policies, grievance mechanisms, and risk assessments will move faster through onboarding.

Effective 2027

EU Forced Labour Regulation

Bans goods made with forced labour from the EU market. Investigations can run on suspicion alone; evidence of labour standards, audit history, and remediation will be the difference between cleared and detained consignments.

Pending commencement

UK Schedule 17 — Environment Act

The UK’s due-diligence regime on forest-risk commodities. Mirrors EUDR in subject and evidence shape; suppliers that have built their EUDR plot registry can extend it to UK exports without rebuilding the underlying geospatial layer.

Buyers receive the same artifacts on the other side of the trade. See how compliance works for buyers.

Applicable regimes surface as soon as you declare your commodities and markets. Upload what you already have; the platform tells you what’s missing for each regime, and renews you on expiry.
