For exporters, cooperatives, and aggregators

Every rule your buyers require, handled in one place.

Selling into the EU, UK, and US now means proving your goods are legal, responsibly sourced, deforestation-free, and properly certified — and buyers push those demands onto you. Commodity Plus covers the full range: EU deforestation rules (EUDR), conflict-mineral and responsible-sourcing checks, voluntary certifications, human-rights due diligence, and trade paperwork — more than 30 rules across four tiers. Gather your proof once, keep it in one place, and give each buyer exactly the documents they ask for.

What you get

Three things. One clear record.

Ready-made compliance documents

The platform builds the documents each rule needs — EUDR Due Diligence Statements, conflict-mineral records, certificates of conformity, and more — automatically, from the evidence you've already added. Each one always matches your records.

Farm mapping for EU deforestation rules

For goods covered by the EU deforestation rules (EUDR), mark where your farms are. For larger plots, trace the boundary; for smaller ones, a single pin is enough. We check each location against official EU forest maps to show your land wasn't cleared of forest after 2020.

One home for your evidence

Keep every certificate, lab result, and declaration in one safe place. Each one shows what it is and when it runs out, and links straight to the compliance document that uses it — so nothing gets lost or goes out of date.

Rules we cover

Every rule that applies to you, grouped in four simple tiers.

We keep track of the laws and certification schemes that matter for your goods. When a new rule appears, we add it — and it shows up automatically for the suppliers it affects, based on what they sell and where they ship.

Tier 1 — Laws you must follow
EUDR · OECD Due Diligence Guidance · Dodd-Frank §1502 · EU CRMA · IRA critical-mineral provisions · LBMA Gold · LBMA Silver · LBMA PGM · DMCC DGD · Kimberley Process.
Tier 2 — Certifications buyers look for
Rainforest Alliance · Fairtrade · EU Organic · USDA NOP · JAS Organic · GLOBALG.A.P. · Fairmined · Q Coffee · Starbucks C.A.F.E. Practices · Smithsonian Bird Friendly · Cocoa Life · Cocoa Horizons.
Tier 3 — Human-rights and supply-chain checks
CSDDD (EU, effective 2027) · EU Forced Labour Regulation (effective 2027) · CSRD · LkSG (Germany) · Norway Transparency Act · France Devoir de Vigilance · UK Modern Slavery Act · UK Schedule 17 (deforestation, pending commencement).
Tier 4 — Trade paperwork
AfCFTA Certificate of Origin · EAC Certificate of Origin · EU GSP-EBA · AGOA · Phyto ISPM-15. The standard paperwork every shipment needs, whatever else applies.

How it works

From sign-up to buyer-ready documents.

  1. 01

    Tell us what you sell

Add the goods you sell, where they come from, and the countries you sell to. We'll show you only the rules that actually apply — nothing you don't need.

  2. 02

    Get your checklist

For each rule that applies, you get a simple checklist: which documents you need, which ones are required, and when they expire.

  3. 03

    Add your documents

Upload your certificates, lab results, and declarations. We store them safely in one place and reuse them wherever they're needed.

  4. 04

    Map your farms (for EUDR)

If your shipment falls under the EU deforestation rules, mark where your farms are on the map. We check each one against official EU forest maps to confirm there was no deforestation after 2020.

  5. 05

    Create your compliance documents

With one click, turn everything you've added into the finished documents for that shipment — the same files your buyer receives.

Rules coming soon

Get ready before the deadline, not after it.

We add new rules the day they're announced, so you can prepare early. Gather your documents and do a practice run before the rule takes effect — instead of scrambling once it's already in force.

Starts 2027

EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive

This rule asks large EU buyers to check for human-rights and environmental problems across their suppliers. If you can show your policies and checks, buyers will be able to start working with you faster.

Starts 2027

EU Forced Labour Regulation

Goods made with forced labour will be banned from the EU, and shipments can be investigated on suspicion alone. Being able to show your labour standards and audit history can be the difference between a shipment clearing or being held.

Not yet in force

UK Schedule 17 — Environment Act

The UK's version of the EU deforestation rules. It works much the same way — so if you've already mapped your farms for the EU, you can reuse those same maps for UK exports without starting over.

Your buyers see the very same documents on their side of the deal. See how compliance works for buyers.
